Southland Industries in San Francisco, CA seeks a Project Executive to lead high-profile projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and client satisfaction. This executive represents Southland to owners and stakeholders, driving Lean processes, risk management, and team development across all project phases.

Responsibilities include mentoring the project team, coordinating design and trades, and supporting sales during pursuits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (10+ years in field).
• Proven ability to manage very large projects or multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills across design, engineering, construction, and service operations.
• Experience with Lean tools and value engineering in large-scale projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project execution from preconstruction to closeout with executive oversight.
• Develop and maintain CFLs (Customers for Life) and support business development.
• Oversee design coordination and subcontractor procurement; manage project budget and change orders.
• Mentor team, drive Lean practices, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability.
