Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Ideally 10+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and Google Sheets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to excellence, customer service, and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall performance.
• Provide project updates and recommendations to owners and their boards.
• Coordinate project teams, resources, and weekly work assignments.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Oversee design teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Evaluate and negotiate costs for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Negotiate project contracts and agreements.
• Lead clients through the RFP process.
• Manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) procurement.
• Ensure client expectations are met and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee project closeout and coordinate the transition to facility management teams.
