Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide strategic leadership and oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through project closeout. This individual will work closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels at project management, client relationships, team coordination, and strategic decision-making.

The Project Executive provides experience, leadership, and strategic guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through project closeout. Success is measured not only by project outcomes but also by consistently demonstrating Building Solutions' three core values:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall performance.

• Ideally, at least 10 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and Google Sheets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $140,000 to $155,000 annually

Building Solutions offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

• Annual performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 20% of base salary.
• Company vehicle or car allowance.

Location and Travel

This position is based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Approximately 80% of our projects are located within 90 minutes of Milwaukee. Travel to project sites is required, with the frequency depending on client and project needs.
