Job summary

Intangible Assets, LLC is seeking a Project Executive to lead and oversee large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects, including warehouses, distribution centers, fulfillment centers, manufacturing facilities, and data centers.

The role demands strategic oversight, financial performance, risk management, and strong client satisfaction across multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction-related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale industrial, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for multiple industrial and commercial construction projects.
• Establish project strategies, execution plans, staffing requirements, and performance objectives.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and support personnel.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, per contract requirements.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor profitability, forecasting, cash flow, budgets, and cost reports.
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams and support contract negotiations.
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement across projects.
