Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Executive for a top concrete construction client supporting major industrial projects nationwide. This candidate will provide executive-level ownership of complex $20M+ projects from preconstruction through planning and field execution.

They will lead project teams, align estimating assumptions with field execution, allocate resources, manage risk and forecasting, and drive performance across cost, schedule, quality, safety, and productivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction operations and estimating experience.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ people and executive-level project leadership from preconstruction through field execution.
• Experience with concrete construction, data centers, and large-scale vertical structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive ownership of complex $20M+ projects from preconstruction through planning and field execution.
• Lead project teams, align estimating assumptions with field execution, allocate resources, and manage risk and forecasting.
• Drive performance across cost, schedule, quality, safety, and productivity while liaising between clients, executive leadership, and project teams.
• Travel for major projects as required.

Job description

10+ years of construction operations and estimating experience

Proven experience managing complex construction projects valued at $20M+

Strong Data Center/Mission Critical project experience

Experience leading teams of 5+ people Executive-level project leadership from preconstruction through field execution

Strong understanding of means and methods, sequencing, manpower/crew planning, and logistics Experience managing project cost, schedule, quality, safety, and productivity

Strong forecasting, risk identification, and mitigation capabilities

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, General Contractors, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors

Ability and willingness to travel for major projects

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Experience with concrete construction, data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, and other large-scale vertical structures is highly valued.

Compensation:

$170,000-$220,000 per year annual salary.
