Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Project Executive I to provide overall management for large healthcare construction projects, leading the project team and maintaining key customer relationships from pre-construction through close-out. This role supports business development and oversight of budgets, change requests, and invoicing to ensure profitable delivery.

The base pay range is $168,100 - $252,200, with regional variances and eligibility for Mortenson's incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in construction overseeing large construction healthcare projects $75 million or larger.
• Proven ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for multiple, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain successful customer and community relationships.
• Conduct key customer service visits from pre-construction to close-out.
• Preview proposals and participate in Request for Proposal process.
• Act as primary customer contact for assigned projects.
• Support business development initiatives and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide oversight and accountability for large projects.
• Manage contract administration, including terms, change requests, and invoices.
• Maintain project budgets, costs, and pricing for profitable delivery.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for project team.
