Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects to meet scope, safety, profitability, and quality standards.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities; build and maintain client relationships.
• Provide on-site supervision of supervisors, crew leaders, journeypersons, and apprentices.
• Review project documents, plans, specs, and coordinate field installations; resolve issues within cost/schedule/quality constraints.
• Visit jobsites to monitor progress, ensure safety, and maintain client relations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring project cost, time, and quality targets are met.
