Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in electrical construction, 5+ years in leadership, and a proven track record delivering $5M–$100M+ projects. Travel and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple projects and project teams.
• Proven success managing large electrical projects ranging from $5M to $100M+.
• Experience with facilities, power distribution, data centers, healthcare, and automotive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
• Lead and mentor project managers, estimators, superintendents, and staff.
• Develop project execution strategies and operational plans to meet objectives.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract compliance.
• Manage client relations, project interviews, and major negotiations.
