You will guide project teams from preconstruction to closeout, emphasizing safety, schedule, and quality while driving profitability and client value.

The role requires 10+ years in the field, proven leadership of complex projects, and strong financial and contract management skills.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in commercial electrical construction with progressive leadership.
• Proven experience as Project Executive or senior leadership.
• Strong financial forecasting and contract management skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for multiple commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership teams.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Review contracts, manage risk, and provide strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive operational improvements and implement best practices across project teams.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on staffing, resource planning, and business growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
