Job summary

Jayco Talent is seeking a Project Executive for Commercial Electrical Construction in Houston to lead large-scale programs from pursuit through closeout. You will set strategy, drive decisions on risk and staffing, and ensure alignment with clients and partners.

You will coach PMs and field leaders, champion safety and delivery standards, and represent the company with owners and trade leadership on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical construction, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven success delivering $150M+ electrical scopes in healthcare, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing multiple large projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for large-scale electrical programs from pursuit to closeout.
• Lead executive-level decisions around risk, staffing, sequencing, and client alignment.

• You’re not just managing projects - you’re steering the entire electrical program.
• Own the strategy for large‑scale electrical programs from pursuit to closeout
• Lead executive‑level decisions around risk, staffing, sequencing, and client alignment
• Develop and elevate PMs, APMs, and field leaders through coaching, accountability, and operational discipline
• Represent the company at the highest levels - strengthening relationships with owners, GCs, design partners, and trade leadership
• Champion operational excellence by elevating processes, safety culture, and project delivery standards

• 10+ years in electrical construction, with 5+ years in senior leadership
• Proven success delivering $150M+ electrical scopes in healthcare, industrial, or mission‑critical environments
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing multiple large projects

• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environments
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, or similar platforms
