Job summary

BW Design Group seeks an experienced leader to drive major design and construction programs, guiding multidisciplinary teams and executing comprehensive project plans. You will set contracts, lead execution strategies, and foster strong client partnerships to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in leadership of large projects, deep understanding of risk allocation and insurance, sector experience in target markets, and fluency with digital delivery tools from preconstruction

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years leading major design or construction projects or programs.
• Strong grasp of risk allocation, contracts, and insurance risk transfer.
• Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Data Center, or similar markets.
• Fluency with digital delivery software from preconstruction to BIM/VDC and scheduling.
• Ability to serve as director/officer or managing agent in BW Design Group entities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver major projects or programs leading teams in BW Design Group’s role as Multidisciplinary Architect‑Engineer, Integrated Design‑Builder, or Engineer‑Procurement Manager‑Construction Manager
• Grow the capability and capacity of our professionals by shaping, engaging, and leading teams through challenging and rewarding projects and programs
• Advocate for BW Design Group’s value proposition and differentiation vs. competitors
• Organize and lead the Project/Program Team, establish the Contract Documents, implement the Project Execution Plan for engaged Projects
• Cultivate client relationships

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive direct leadership in major design and/or construction projects or programs
• Strong understanding of risk allocation, contract terms, and insurance risk transfer programs
• Focused Market sector or segment experience in CPG, Food, Beverage, Household & Personal Care, Life Sciences, Semiconductor, Advanced Manufacturing, Data Center, or Mission Critical markets
• Fluency in digital delivery software applications from preconstruction to BIM/VDC, project/financial management, estimating, scheduling
• Capable to serve as director, officer, and/or member/manager of BW Design Group’s business entities and/or managing agent, resident principal, or branch principal
