Job summary

Ferguson Construction Company is seeking a Project Executive to support business development, estimating, and project management. You will work closely with the Regional VP, Director of Operations, and Director of Business Development to deliver complex projects.

Travel to job sites in the Southern Region of Ohio is required. The role requires leadership of a multi‑discipline team and accountability for project performance, forecasting, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Proven ability to lead a project team and manage owner relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; experience with design-build, hard bid, GMP, and negotiated projects over $10M preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage owner relationships and perform general project management.
• Provide coordination, direction, oversight, and leadership on projects with the owner, design department, and project staff.
• Ensure quality and timely execution of design/build projects and oversee scheduling, cost reporting, and subcontracts.
