Job summary

Ferguson Construction Company seeks a Project Executive to support business development, estimating, and project management. The role involves close collaboration with the Regional VP, Director of Operations, and Director of Business Development, with travel to job sites in the Southern Region of Ohio.

Responsibilities include managing owner relationships, coordinating design-build projects, and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.

Proven ability to lead project teams and maintain external relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage owner relationships and perform general project management as needed.
Provide coordination, direction, oversight, and leadership on projects for owner, design department, and project staff.
Ensure quality and timely execution of design/build projects.
Oversee scheduling, cost reporting, subcontract preparation, owner coordination, and project closeouts.
Mentor and manage multiple Project Managers and Engineers; oversee all staff on large projects.
Represent Ferguson Construction to owners, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
Accurately forecast project performance and monitor client relationships.
