Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License.
• 30 hour OSHA training.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Guide multiple jobs and teams through all project phases.
• Provide operational oversight across client relations, financials, risk, and subcontractors.
• Review staffing, performance, and compensation.
• Conduct monthly project reviews with project teams.
• Attend owner meetings and site visits to monitor status.
