Job summary

Wainwright Talent Partners seeks a highly experienced Project Executive with a strong background in academic and commercial construction. Reporting to the Group Manager, this role provides executive-level oversight across multiple projects from early client engagement through project completion.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, developing proposals, managing budgets and schedules, nurturing client and A/E relationships, and driving business development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of increasingly responsible experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with in-house programs (Prolog Manager, Microsoft Project, Excel).
• Experience with Academic project and clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards; manages cost/schedule/quality/safety.
• Supervises the work of Project Managers.
• Helps develop proposals and estimates; prepares project presentations.
• Maintains client relationships and pursues new business opportunities.
• Monitors project status reports and ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget.
