This is an opportunity to join a well-capitalized builder with a strong backlog of work across commercial, education, hospitality, justice, infrastructure, and civil projects throughout the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum eight years of project management or related experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to read contracts, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitors project safety and stops work if unsafe conditions exist.
• Develops relationships with clients, designers, subs, and partners.
• Builds high-performance teams through mentoring and training.
• Delivers feedback to improve skills and knowledge.
• Leads project direction from preconstruction to closeout.
• Partners with BD to secure new work.
• Ensures adherence to policies and regulations on projects.
• Leads negotiations, pricing decisions, and risk analysis.
• Oversees master schedule, execution, and budgets.
• Drives company initiatives and implements new tools/tech.
• Collaborates with Safety and Quality Control to ensure compliance.
• Invests in community involvement and harassment-free workplace.
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested.
