Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
• OSHA certification and safety regulation knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of workers, including schedules and resources.
• Create cost estimates for labor, materials, and project costs.
• Collaborate with clients and PMs to determine budget and timeline.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors.
• Create and manage worker and subcontractor schedules.
• Hire and assign work to subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain a daily site log and report to management.
