Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Executive to oversee multiple high-profile Class A office tenant improvement projects, mentor project management teams, and cultivate strong industry relationships to drive business growth.

You will serve as the primary executive contact for owners, landlords, and brokers, guiding projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality, and actively mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in the construction industry.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ years in a Project Executive or senior leadership role.
• Strong background in Class A Office Tenant Improvement projects.
• Established network with owners, brokers, landlords, and industry partners.
• Active involvement in industry organizations (ULI, DBIA) desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Project Managers across multiple tenant improvement projects.
• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for owners, landlords, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Drive project success from preconstruction through closeout within budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers to grow future construction leaders.
• Represent the company within commercial real estate and construction communities.
