Job summary

RILA Recruitment partners with a well respected General Contractor in the Bay Area to hire a Project Executive who will lead highly technical tenant improvement work. This role sits at the intersection of operations and preconstruction, guiding a team while staying closely involved with estimating and delivery.

This is a great opportunity to influence project outcomes on complex TI projects while mentoring others and remaining close to the day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring and developing Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Ability to balance leadership with hands-on involvement.
• Experience with complex, technical construction projects such as life sciences, manufacturing, data centers, or heavy MEP TI.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Maintain close involvement with estimating and project delivery.
• Mentor staff and shape project execution on complex TI work.
