You will oversee multi-discipline teams, manage client relations, and drive project strategy from inception through closeout, with a focus on safe, compliant, and efficient execution in data center or mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management focusing on electrical systems, data center, or mission-critical work.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and electrical design tools.
• Leadership and strong communication abilities with a track record of delivering large projects.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
• Experience overseeing projects greater than $50 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee electrical systems oversight ensuring compliance with specs and safety standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize costs.
• Supervise and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain effective client and stakeholder communication with regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Implement quality assurance measures to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and budget impact.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
