Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and/or at least three years of relevant experience in Estimating or Quantity Surveying.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications.
• Ability to work autonomously on estimates from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the entire bid process with detailed submissions.
• Prepare estimates for all design stages and quantities.
• Solicit proposals from subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
• Review design documents to ensure accurate pricing and value engineering ideas.
• Compile award packages for purchasing and coordinate with the team.
