Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation in Chandler, AZ seeks a senior Project Engineering Leader to direct design and engineering activities for complex capital projects. You will coordinate with multiple Bechtel teams and clients, oversee budgets, and guide the engineering components of capital estimates.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in project engineering, a PE or RA license, and strong knowledge of codes and 3D modeling tools.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree and 13–19 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) is preferred.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages design and engineering activities for projects of medium to large scale.
• Leads collaborations with Bechtel entities and client contractors.
• Develops comprehensive engineering execution plans and budgets.
• Supports project managers with capital estimates including quantities and budgets.
• Coordinates across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, ES&H and Controls.
