Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Manager - Projects and Engineering to lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and upgrade projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with client stakeholders and offshore teams.

The role emphasizes strong governance, risk management, and adoption of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies to ensure on-time go-lives and post-go-live support. A PMP or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and upgrade projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking risks, dependencies, and progress.
Work directly with client stakeholders (business and IT), gather and refine requirements, and lead workshops, meetings, and status updates to ensure alignment.
Collaborate with offshore development and functional teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. Manage escalations and remove blockers.
Develop project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and resource plans. Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Oversee deliverables, testing phases (UAT, SIT, Pre-Prod), and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Drive timely go-live and post-go-live support.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), integrations (APIs, Azure, Logic Apps), and Leapwork testing tool.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, PMP certification preferred. Skilled in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Project.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities—critical for client-facing onshore roles.
