Job summary

Clarke is seeking a Project Engineering and Facilities Manager to lead engineering activities and oversee our Illinois facilities in Roselle. The role ensures buildings, equipment, and infrastructure support safe, efficient operations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10+ years in project management, and 5+ years of supervisory and facilities experience. It offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years supervisory experience and facility management experience.
• Ten or more years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee engineering and facilities operating and capital budgets and 3-5-year capital plan.
• Direct engineering initiatives to support equipment reliability, production improvements, facility modifications, and operational needs.
• Manage the maintenance and improvement of Clarke's Illinois facilities, grounds, utilities, and building systems.
• Plan and execute facility modifications, equipment installations, and capital improvement projects from scope development through completion.
• Lead predictive and corrective maintenance efforts for manufacturing equipment and partner with Operations, Quality, and EHS to improve equipment reliability, safety, and overall performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for external facilities vendors and contractors used in the plant.
• Ensure compliance with company requirements and applicable health, safety, environmental, building, fire, accessibility, and security regulations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the Facilities Coordinator while building strong relationships with employees, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
