VVF Illinois Services, LLC is seeking a Facilities Engineer in Montgomery, IL to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant utility and facility systems. You will lead PM/PdM programs, coordinate capital projects, and ensure regulatory compliance across GMP/cGMP environments.

The role requires 7–10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing utilities, hands-on knowledge of chillers, boilers, HVAC, DI/RO water systems, and strong contractor leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7–10 years in facilities/utilities engineering in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting chillers, boilers, HVAC, and related systems.
• Experience with water treatment DI/RO, softeners, and purified water loops.
• Experience leading capital and utility improvement projects from concept through commissioning.
• Familiarity with GMP/cGMP, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and applicable codes.
• Experience managing contractors and multi-discipline projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ASME codes and safety certifications.

• Develop, implement, and manage PM/PdM programs using CMMS.
• Lead or support capital and utility improvement projects.
