Job summary

Brindley Engineering Corporation in Lisle, IL seeks an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to lead maintenance and reliability and capital projects across client sites or from its Lisle office.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering consulting, a BS in engineering, strong leadership, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and cross-discipline coordination, with readiness for field assignments and safety policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required or preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil.
• 10+ years of engineering consulting experience in oil & gas, chemical, renewable energy & power, and manufacturing.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong background in project development and execution.
• Experience leading teams or client management.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control, and report on projects.
• Direct and manage activities of engineers and project team across disciplines.
• Coordinate technically with clients, general contractors, vendors and management.
• Ensure projects follow scope and schedule.
• Lead proposal and estimate development.
• Be the client’s point of contact with budget control and invoicing.
• Mentor project and discipline engineers.
