Job summary

Landia seeks a Senior Project Engineer to join our Morrisville, NC team, hybrid/in-office. You will own the full project lifecycle—from customer inquiry and proposals to drawings, submittals, signing off and long-term support—while coordinating across departments and global colleagues.

The role requires a technical engineering degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with wastewater exposure as a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, environmental, industrial)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application engineering, process engineering, or project management
• Experience in wastewater treatment is a strong plus
• Mechanical awareness with pumps, motors and process equipment
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Landia’s product line and apply solutions to customer challenges
• Own the technical aspects of proposals, drawings, submittals and documentation
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to analyze field data and provide resolutions
• Engage in the project lifecycle from inquiry to completion and follow-up
