• Requires 4–6 years of construction experience in an operational role.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture preferred.
• Ability to apply basic engineering/problem-solving principles to construction challenges.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress, reporting, and change management.
• Maintains contract with subcontracted scopes and administration, including defining work scope.
• Reviews subcontractors’ submittals for compliance and coordinates with design team.
• Supports site startup activities and assists in risk identification on project scopes.
• Witnesses and signs off on system commissioning and coordinates with field staff.
