Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum ten (10) years of construction industry experience.
• Field Engineer experience is preferred.
• Electrical contractor experience is a plus.
• Traffic/Street Lighting experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of contracting for large-scale mass transit projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims
• Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records
• Manage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout process
• Research and propose solutions to quality control issues
• Verify that all completed work complies with applicable codes, drawings and specifications
• Provide support to the project leadership as needed.
