Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks an Electrical Field Engineer to join our Los Angeles, CA office. You will provide technical and engineering support to ensure heavy civil construction work complies with design, codes and standards.

Responsibilities include planning packages, scheduling, testing coordination, and collaboration with owners and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has a electrical engineering degree and 3+ years of construction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management or similar from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Experience with an electrical subcontractor is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction work plan packages and coordinate pre-construction meetings.
• Execute daily construction plans with Superintendents and Project Manager.
• Review project plans and develop a construction schedule in coordination with project-wide activities.
• Coordinate testing activities and prepare test result reporting.
• Execute punch list activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on advance material acquisitions and pre-construction deliverables.
