The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and a background in electrical contracting or mass transit projects, with strong cost controls and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience in electrical contracting or transportation projects preferred.
• Experience with traffic signal systems or street lighting is a plus.
• Strong contracting, cost control, and scheduling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage change proposals, change orders, and owner payment applications.
• Track job costs, prepare cost reports, and support profit analysis.
• Coordinate project closeout, ensuring documentation completion.
• Verify field work for compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Support planning, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with field operations for safe, quality project execution.
• Assist with document control, cost tracking, and subcontractor coordination.
