Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Senior Technical Professional - Project Engineering to lead technical and operational aspects of assigned projects. You will guide requirements, perform analyses, and manage scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of relevant engineering and project experience.
• Knowledge of project management principles (scope, schedule, budget, risk).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and customer-facing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational leadership for projects and missions.
• Define, develop, and review project requirements documentation.
• Conduct technical studies and analyses to refine project execution plans.
• Monitor and manage scope, schedule, and budget for successful delivery.
• Coordinate activities between resource managers, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support continuous improvement.
