Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking engineers to expand into Project Engineering within Waterfront Procurement Support Engineering – Supplier Oversight Group in Connecticut. Qualifications

• 5+ years of post graduate engineering experience.
• Ability to Travel at a regular cadence (15%+).
• Flexible work week to support travel and supplier schedules.
• Leadership or mentorship experience is preferred.
• Manufacture or Product Assembly experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical evaluations of suppliers.
• Conduct schedule and Earned Value Management audits.
• Onsite supplier surveillance and interface with Navy and government customers.
• Lead a cross‑functional team across Electric Boat departments.
