Rogers-O'Brien Construction is seeking Quality Managers, a role equivalent in scope and responsibility to a Senior Project Engineer, with a specialized focus on quality assurance. Quality Managers are responsible for ensuring that construction conforms to plans and specifications. They are also responsible for ensuring that submittals have been approved by the architect/engineer and for tracking the procurement of materials for the project. The Quality Manager collaborates closely with the project team to ensure all work meets contractual and design requirements while supporting the overall success of the project.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of combined field and office experience with a reputable general contractor.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in managing submittals, RFIs, and quality inspections.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
