The role centers on coordinating the jobsite safely and efficiently, with emphasis on cost control, scheduling, and collaboration with subcontractors. The position is based in Chandler, AZ, with a focus on delivering high-quality, on-time construction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' equivalent experience.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices.
• Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work.

Responsibilities

• General Contract and Subcontract administration.
• Construction Scheduling.
• Material & Equipment procurement and expediting.
• Coordination of mechanical, electrical and piping systems.
• Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination.
• Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting.
• Review of subcontractor applications for payment.
• Site coordination meetings documentation and participation.
• Supervision of subcontractors’ field installations.
• Change order pricing negotiation and documentation.
• Prepare change proposals for self-performed work.
• Maintain As-Built plans; ensure safety programs.
