Job summary

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with clients and partners, and help drive project success while meeting schedule and budget targets across multi-discipline initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• PhD in Engineering acceptable with experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical solutions across broad engineering scope.
• Oversee planning, work distribution, and adherence to schedule and budget on complex projects.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities including proposal generation.
