Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5–10 years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering projects through planning, design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Ability to prepare oral and written reports from investigations and studies.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services for planning, evaluation, budgeting, procurement, design and construction of large-scale projects.
• Manage technical project aspects including scheduling, design, estimating, budgeting, contracts, and cost projections.
