  • Perform risk assessments, HAZOP facilitation, root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to mitigate technical and schedule risks.
  • Coordinate construction management activities on site, resolve technical queries, and supervise installation to ensure safe and code-compliant execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors and disciplines to resolve interface issues and ensure successful project handover.
  • Mentor junior engineers, review technical work, and promote best practices in engineering design and safety.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related discipline; Masters degree or professional registration (PE, Chartered Engineer) preferred.
  • 3+ years of project engineering experience in industrial, infrastructure, building services or EPC environments; experience across the full project lifecycle (design through commissioning).
  • Proven capability in engineering design tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, BIM; familiarity with ANSYS, FEA and MATLAB an advantage.
