Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering is required.
• 8 years of engineering experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience coordinating with design firms and managing resources.
• Understanding of project planning, scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages design firms as required, analyzes design changes on Design-Build or Bid-Build projects.
• Mentors and coaches engineers, provides feedback and evaluates performance.
• Assists with management of project resource availability/efficiency.
• Provides project decision making/leadership in the absence of a Project Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
