Job summary

Mars Senior Project Engineer is responsible for leading the development and execution of packaging and processing solutions to support Innovation and Supply Chain initiatives. Deliver cost-effective, high-quality project scope definition and equipment specifications through strong cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires travel ~50%+, a Bachelor's degree with 7 years (or 15 years) of relevant experience, and expertise across Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction and Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in a comparable technical position – food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry or 15 years of relevant technical experience.
• Working knowledge of engineering principles from Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction and Project Management.
• Experience leading and managing projects and project teams.
