Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead packaging and processing solutions across Innovation and Supply Chain initiatives. Based in Jackson, TN, with roles also listed in Chicago, IL, Battle Creek, MI and Cary, NC, you will define scope, specifications, and recommendations with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of work experience in a technical position or 15 years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience with Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction and Project Management.
• Experience leading projects and project teams.
• Effective communication to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel ~50% or more depending on project demands.
