Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for our Billings, Montana location. You will manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality, compliant projects in oil, gas, and chemicals, driving performance to meet safety standards and client expectations.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, review deliverables, and apply Worley methodologies across project controls, planning, and execution to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in engineering.
• At least 12 years in petrochemical and refining with project design, execution, construction.
• Oil and gas experience and refinery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline project team and ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Mentor engineers and designers and review deliverables for safety and compliance.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, and costs with stakeholders to meet objectives.
