Job summary

Worley in Billings, MT seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering delivery across a portfolio of oil, gas and chemical projects. You’ll provide technical leadership, oversight, and supervision within the electrical team, mentoring engineers and designers to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will coordinate with project management and clients, drive safety-in-design, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage scope within budget while meeting program objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical and practical engineering skills with consistent quality output.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and other fields.
• Familiar with local and international standards and regulatory specs.
• Experience with MV/LV distribution systems and protective relays.
• 8+ years in oil and gas or related multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering delivery across projects in Billings, MT.
• Mentor and supervise engineers and designers for quality and safety.
• Plan and direct engineering work from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with management, client and other disciplines to meet objectives.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget and regulatory requirements.
• Support procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
