Job summary

Paragon Construction Company LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to support the project management and field teams on multifamily construction projects. You will assist in documentation, scheduling, cost control, and coordination to help ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multifamily construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar PM software.
• Strong documentation, scheduling, and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager and Superintendent in day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors, Owner, Consultants, and Design Teams.
• Prepare, review, and track submittals for compliance with contract documents.
• Follow-up with Owner and Design Consultants to ensure timely responses.
• Develop a procurement log and track items against the schedule.
• Draft RFIs and coordinate via Procore; issue and distribute responses.
• Record meeting minutes and maintain project documentation.
• Manage document control systems and drawing logs; distribute updated drawings.
• Assist in developing and updating project schedules; monitor progress.
• Perform site walks to verify quality and manage punch lists.
