You will manage initiation through closeout, build schedules and budgets, and coordinate cross‑functional teams and contractors to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years in midstream/oil & gas, strong communication, and experience with ASME B31.4, DOT
