Job summary

You will partner with engineering, finance, sourcing, manufacturing, and suppliers to build a margin improvement pipeline, use the PDP to guide execution, and report progress to senior leadership, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree required.
• 2–5 years of engineering project leadership or related experience.
• Strong technical background in powersports products.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product line margin improvement initiatives from idea to financial realization.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, sourcing, and manufacturing to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Build and manage a margin improvement pipeline with business cases and savings targets.
• Present status updates to senior leadership and manage project budgets.
