Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 8–11 years of experience in engineering.
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts for the team and promote safe practices.
• Monitor and improve quality on projects and proposals.
• Ensure consistent quality across project and proposal delivery.
• Provide technical direction for complex projects.
• Conceptualize initial design or investigative approaches for major project phases.
• Plan and coordinate engineering work with conventional and complex features.
• Review projects requiring complex investigations and supervise reporting to clients.
• Lead technical training and decision-making on state-of-the-art issues.
• Support marketing, sales and business development.
• Supervise less experienced engineers or technicians.
• Serve as Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer.
