Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 8–11 years of engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer status required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts for team and promote a safe work environment.
• Ensure continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.
• Provide consistent quality standards on project and proposal delivery.
• Develop understanding of project-related risk and protection policies.
• Provide technical direction for routine and complex projects.
• Conceive initial design/investigative approaches for major project phases.
• Plan and coordinate engineering work involving conventional practices.
• Review complex investigations and supervise recommendations in client reports.
• Lead technical training and informed decisions on state-of-the-art topics.
• Provide leadership in marketing, sales and business development.
• Supervise less experienced engineers or support personnel.
• Serve as Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer.
