• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Primavera and Timberline software.
• Ability to customize and modify spreadsheets.
• On-site work with varying job-site terrain.

Responsibilities

• Supports Project Manager on cost and schedule management, and tracking.
• Prepares monthly billings and earned value reports.
• Maintains critical-path schedules for one large or multiple small-to-medium projects.
• Reviews change orders and procurement processes with the Project Manager.
• Oversees direct reports and enforces safety and QA/QC standards.
