Job summary

The Senior Project Engineer will guide delivery, sign-off deliverables, coordinate change orders, and lead project meetings while maintaining schedules and budgets. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or higher.
• ABET accreditation preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering and field construction experience.
• Experience as lead engineer on multi-discipline projects.
• PMP certification and PE license recommended.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical execution for multi-discipline projects.
• Ensure deliverables are issued on schedule and signed off.
• Prepare and coordinate change orders.
• Lead project meetings and minutes.
• Provide project status reports and manage action items.
• Coordinate MOC efforts.
• Develop workflow processes and facilitate cross-disciplinary communication.
• Resolve project issues and deficiencies.
• Administer project specifications.
• Ensure alignment with SEP standards.
